THE VILLA

Welcome to Casa Puesta del Sol- Villa 2. Come make this your home on your next vacation.  Located in beautiful Playa Langosta, this 4BR/4.5BA villa is new to the rental market (April 2020) and recently completed renovations throughout with new linens, paint, curtains, fixtures, furnishings, appliances and art.  The villa is a light, bright, contemporary and  luxurious. The house is 3300 square feet and is comprised of 3 levels. The first floor is an open concept and features the living room, a half bath, the kitchen, dining area and laundry room . The second floor houses three of the bedrooms and the 3rd floor is the fourth bedroom and a balcony with breathtaking views.  Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom.  The house has been tastefully decorated with custom furnishings and amenities. The art  and woodwork has been procured from local Costa Rican artists. There are three stories of glass windows for breathtaking views that overlook the private pool, the ocean and the beautiful tropical gardens. 

 

There are three spacious master suites. The first one is located on the third floor and features a king size bed, floor to ceiling windows  and a large en-suite bathroom with dual shower heads, dual sinks and jetted tub that overlooks the majestic Pacific Ocean (This suite was completed April 2020. This master suite also features a  terrace with beautiful ocean views where you can  watch the gorgeous sunsets, savor a quiet moment at night underneath the stars or catch up on your reading, while sipping on a cup of Costa Rican coffee and listening to the nearby birds or watching the howler monkeys come into the backyard. The second floor master suite also features a king size bed, a huge walk in closet, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a large walk in shower. There is a smaller terrace off this bedroom that has a bistro table and chairs overlooking the pool and gardens where you can relax and take in the beauty of the green palm trees and colorful beautiful birds that visit our back yard.  The third master is also located on the second floor, it features a King sized bed, seating area that has a pull out Queen sofa bed, spacious closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom, which is also on the second floor has a twin over full bunkbed, an en-suite bathroom, and walk in closet. 

 

Prepare delicious meals or a frozen drink in the enormous fully equipped kitchen, while admiring the birds and butterflies out the floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining and garden area. The living room features a comfortable large sectional,  a seating bench, an oversized swivel chair, and 55” LCD Smart TV. The dining area can accommodate eight guests with four at the dining table and another four at the adjacent bar. You can also choose to dine al-fresco at the six-seat table by the pool. or the four seat table in the front courtyard.  Casa Puesta del Sol guests will enjoy the professionally maintained tropical gardens in the back yard that surround your very own private pool. Brand new rattan style pool furniture around the pool allows you to relax and soak in the sun with maximum comfort. A gas grill is also available for you to grill some delicious steaks or seafood.  The front courtyard is surrounded by beautiful palm trees where you can lounge on the rattan- style out door sofa and chairs.  There is another dining table there in the courtyard as well for dining al fresco.  

Casa Puesta del Sol offers a private attached garage and alarm system for your ultimate security. It’s just a 3 minute walk to the grocery store, several excellent local restaurants, and beautiful Playa Langosta (certified “Blue Flag” for water and beach quality). Tamarindo is just a mile away, available by car, taxi, or another short walk to the south end of the beach.
